Spiritual Development Course

                                          with Kelsey Gray, LICSW, CH, Reiki Master

This 4 week course in person course will provide the basic framework and tools to begin working on your spiritual practice.  Kelsey will provide a calm and safe place to learn about the energy within the human body, how to use it to heal yourself and ways to increase intuitive gifts you may already be aware of.

There will be a guided meditation at the end of each session with a longer one on the last class.  A journal and pen suggested to take notes or if you would like to process thoughts/feelings.

                                                 January 12, 2024 to February 2, 2024

                     Fridays 5-6:30PM with the exception of the last group which will be 5-7PM

                                                 $25 contribution a person each class

Agenda:

• Week 1:  Chakras, meditation basics and bringing in the light
• Week 2:  Psychic protection
• Week 3:  Building intuition, tools and tips
• Week 4:  Group consciousness development and guided Celtic-style shamanic journey meditation, reiki and crystal healing with Kelsey*  

*This will be a 2 hour class
